【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardoffersasetofrulesthatareappliedinthedesignandmanufactureofelectricalinstallationsandequipmenttobeusedonrollingstocksoastoprotectthepersonsfromelectricshocks.Themethodsusedtosatisfytherulesmaydiffer,inaccordancewiththeproceduresandpracticesoftheoperatingorganization.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletovehiclesofrailtransportsystems,roadvehiclespoweredbyanexternalsupply(e.g.trolleybuses),magneticlevitatedvehiclesandtotheelectricalequipmentinstalledinthesevehicles.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytominerailwaysinundergroundmines,craneinstallations,movingplatformsandsimilartransportsystemsonrails,funicularrailways,temporaryconstructions.TestingofvehiclesagainsttherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardisnotincluded.Forthis,refertoEN50215.
