MIL-A-46106A, MILITARY SPECIFICATION: ADHESIVE-SEALANTS, SILICONE, RTV, ONE-COMPONENT (18 SEP 1970)., This specification covers three groups of one-part, room-temperature-vulcanizing (RTV), silicone adhesive-sealants which cure to durable, rubber adhesive-sealants upon reaction with moisture in the air. This specification also covers primers (see 6.1.3) for use with the silicone adhesive-sealants.
