【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecheckingoffocalspotdimensionsabove0,5mmofX-raysystemsuptoandincluding500kVtubevoltage,bymeansofradiographsofsharpedges.TheimagequalityandtheresolutionofX-rayimagesdependhighlyonthecharacteristicsofthefocalspot.Theimagingqualitiesofafocalspotarebasedonthetwodimensionalintensitydistributionintheobjectplane.Theedgemethodisespeciallyusefulforthecheckingoffocalspotsunderfieldconditionsinordertofindchangesofthefocalspot.Itcannotbeusedforanabsolutemeasurementofthefocalspot.ForabsolutemeasurementsthemethodaccordingtoannexAisapplied.
