【摘要】:TheAEexaminationmethoddetectsdamageinRTRP.ThedamagemechanismsdetectedinRTRPareasfollows:resincracking,fiberdebonding,fiberpullout,fiberbreakage,delamination,andbondorthreadfailureinassembledjoints.FlawsinunstressedareasandflawswhicharestructurallyinsignificantwillnotgenerateAE.Thispracticeisconvenientforon-lineuseunderoperatingconditionstodeterminestructuralintegrityofin-serviceRTRPusuallywithminimalprocessdisruption.FlawslocatedwithAEshouldbeexaminedbyothertechniques;forexample,visual,ultrasound,anddyepenetrant,andmayberepairedandretestedasappropriate.Repairprocedurerecommendationsareoutsidethescopeofthispractice.1.1Thispracticecoversacousticemission(AE)examinationormonitoringofreinforcedthermosettingresinpipe(RTRP)todeterminestructuralintegrity.Itisapplicabletolinedorunlinedpipe,fittings,joints,andpipingsystems.1.2Thispracticeisapplicabletopipethatisfabricatedwithfiberglassandcarbonfiberreinforcementswithreinforcingcontentsgreaterthan15%byweight.Thesuitabilityoftheseproceduresmustbedemonstratedbeforetheyareusedforpipingthatisconstructedwithotherreinforcingmaterials.1.3Thispracticeisapplicabletotestsbelowpressuresof35MPaabsolute(5000psia).1.4Thispracticeislimitedtopipeuptoandincluding0.6m(24in.)indiameter.LargerdiameterpipecanbeexaminedwithAE,however,theprocedureisoutsidethescopeofthispractice.1.5Thispracticeappliestoexaminationsofneworin-serviceRTRP.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Formorespecificsafetyprecautionaryinformationsee8.1.

适用范围
本标准规定了食品容器内壁聚四氟乙烯涂料卫生标准的分析方法。本标准适用于以聚四氟乙烯为主要原料，配以一定助剂组成的聚四氟乙烯涂料，涂覆于铝材、铁板等金属表面，经高温烧结，作为接触非酸性食品容器的防粘涂料。使用温度限制在250℃以下。
